Returns policy and refunds
Update 2020: Returns to the Les Ambassadeurs locations are currently not possible. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or +41 44 227 17.
If you wish to return the product, you must do so within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery. Reduced goods are not included. The product must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you received it;
- In its original packaging
- With seals and protective films intact – if these are removed, we cannot accept the returned product
- Including the warranty card and any accessories delivered along with the product
- With the original sales receipt
Return deliveries/shipping method
You are responsible for selecting the correct shipping method for return deliveries (insurance cover). The return label supplied with the delivery fulfils all the requirements for insurance procedures. This label must be used when returning goods.
If you have ordered more than one product and these have been delivered in separate packages, they may not be returned in a single package but must be sent back separately in the same manner as the delivery in order to be covered by the insurance policy.
To return products that were delivered via the concierge service, please contact our customer service department.
You may return goods at Les Ambassadeurs locations. However, you will only be credited once the returned goods have been inspected. This may take up to several days.
Reimbursement of the sale price
Once we have received the product unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you received it, we will check that your return delivery is correct. If your return is accepted, we will refund the amount to your credit card (or the original payment method). Depending on your credit card issuer, you will receive the credit within a few days.
