A heart turned upside down is the most immediately striking feature of the Millenary 4101 with its new oval-shaped proprietary movement that has been literally turned the other way around to reveal its intricate workings. Its regulating organ beating at 4 Hz is thus fully exposed and becomes the star of a unique three-dimensional mechanical show. Another watchmaking gem, the Royal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Tourbillon Chronograph also houses a new proprietary movement, Calibre 2897. The peripheral oscillating weight slims down the movement and reveals the mechanism of the column-wheel chronograph, while the tourbillon optimises timekeeping.
