ESPACE CONNAISSEUR – Complications: the Tourbillon’s secrets

>

The dream of every watch lover, the Tourbillon is a recurrent theme ofdiscussions at the ESPACE CONNAISSEUR.

Thanks to Breguet and Christian Lattmann, Breguet Vice-President and Product Director, the technical explanations given by Eric Cosandey, watchmaking lecturer at the Geneva Watchmaking School, came to life, and the secrets of the Tourbillon were gradually unveiled.

Chaired by Didier Pradervand, chief editor of Montres Passion magazine, the debate on precision, and issues in the development and use of the Tourbillon, succesfully revealed many of the secrets of this complication.

But then again, as Didier Pradervand quite rightly asked," is the Tourbillon really a complication?"
